"I have been going to this medspa for a while and I have gotten lash extensions, facials and now a chemical peel. It is a very clean and relaxing environment and everyone is always so nice. I have even referred a few family members and they have done waxing and lash extensions and had a good experience. I live farther away now, but I still drive 40 minutes to go to this spa."
"This place is the real deal Holyfield. I got a massage, facial, and scalp massage. Stacy got me right. She is highly skilled in the art and science of the body. She answered all my questions and educated me on everything she was doing throughout the experience which I really appreciated. She was also so kind and I felt safe. She also looked over my intake sheet and consulted with me about trouble areas and my goals. Highly recommend this Southside gem."
"Went for a sugar scrub and foot detox preparing for a trip to Hawaii the next day. The staff was nice enough, however, I don’t feel they were experienced enough. A Sugar scrub is supposed to be exfoliating, but mine was applied like it was lotion and it was applied only to the front of my body and my back. Not the back of my legs or thighs, or shoulders or neck. Also, I was supposed to be under some hot blanket and sweating, however, I never broke a sweat. Last and not least my foot detox was sad. The technician never put salt in it and my water turned out looking like Ginger ale after 30 minutes which I know was not correct because I’ve had so many foot detoxes in the past. I did express my dissatisfaction to the manager, yet I paid and tipped the staff, who told me that they would take that as feedback. I was never given an explanation as to why the sugar scrub was not applied to my entire body, why my blanket didn’t get hot, or why my foot detox seemed to be conducted improperly. I was not offered a repeat, discount or refund. As a local business owner, with over three locations and 100 employees, if service was great, it was going to be a place that we would send our employees for self-care days. Unfortunately, this is a place I would not return to, and would not recommend to my friends or colleagues."
