"The last time I went to get my hair done from binty. She was very unprofessional. I came to my appointment on time at 9pm and she didn’t start my hair almost at 11pm and I didn’t go home until 4am in the morning! And the style was tribal braids in the front and sew in the back. That style should only at least take 3 hours at most. Also, I politely asked her to fix my leave out and I was told I either just let her do her or I walk out with my hair half done at a discounted price! Was very unprofessional and I didn’t appreciate the poor communication at all. As well, I didn’t get an apology text for the inconvenience . But I’ve had previous good appointments and was very surprised that this happened. She lost a loyal customer."
