"I have gone to amazing lash for 3 years now. This location holds my membership, but it is the worst under the umbrella. Constantly having scheduling issues, or delivering sub par services. I am a huge advocate for lash extensions and amazing lash- but advise you do not go to this location. It's always something."

"I had an appointment Sunday February 4,2024 I get a text the same day to reschedule my appointment because the person couldn’t do it . I was at the location when I noticed the text . Why did they schedule my appointment if they couldn’t do the service. I’m very Disappointed , this was Highly unprofessional. I will never come there or recommend Lash Studio on Miami Circle to anyone. Keep your money ladies. Stay away!!!!"

"Company keeps charging my subscription even though I have cancelled and sent termination letter. They have charged me for 2 months after cancelling. If you all continue I will file an unlawfully suit."

"I’ve called to cancel my membership, still got charged, I went to the establishment a second time and was assured that my account will be cancelled and I will receive a refund, now another month has passed and I’ve been charged again and still haven’t received my first refund, at this point I called my bank to dispute the charges but those people are fraudulent , thieves and unprofessional. They’re going to get sued if they continue to take peoples money out their account after cancelling a membership"

"They really try. But more often than not, there's going to be a problem. Issues I have experienced include: often needing to reschedule your confirmed appointment times, their system notes about my lash preferences were extremely wrong. Recently, nearly all my lashes fell out within one week and the store attempted to avoid any accountability and made very little accommodation. Also the very first time I scheduled here, I arrived only to be told that they won't service me because they only do fill-ins for full sets they've installed. Fine, but I wish they explained that over the phone versus ambushing me with the information at appointment time, and driving all the way there for nothing. This location really needs a more mature and competent person at the front desk. While the current receptionist has a sweet voice/outward demeanor, the business needs someone who can problem solve , directly address issues, and is customer-focused. Instead there is such personal over-sensitivity that prevents seeing past their own feelings to show empathy towards the customer. Raising legitimate issues is perceived as a personal assault versus an actual problem the customer needs your help to resolve. My experience felt like dealing with a self-focused, emotionally turbulentl teenager and not a professional. A day later, I am still absolutely drained from dealing with the receptionist and having to manage her emotions (when I'm the customer who was inconvenienced by the business on multiple fronts...yet, the customer needs to coddle you??). On Tuesday 8/29/2023, I was asked to: 1. Change my confirmed appointment time. When I couldn't due to a conflicting appointment, I was met with attitude and was hung up on. 2. I was told that the shop prefers to schedule appointments only on the hour. However, the shop's online booking ALWAYS presents available time slots that are not on the hour. When asked about this discrepancy, I'm told I have an attitude when I am simply trying to understand the mixed messaging. 3. While en route, they cancelled my twice confirmed appointment 15 minutes before my appointment time. IT TAKES ME OVER AN HOUR TO GET THERE. I was told that they couldn't see me because the previous appointment is running over. I went through drama all day with the shop only to not even have my appointment. Of course the poor experience was my fault because I have an attitude, sigh. I hope the store improves its business practices versus blaming their customers. I don't know if I will return to this location, as I expected more in Buckhead. On a high note, Mercedes always did a great job on my lashes, listened well, and had a great attitude."
