"I love to support small businesses but this is one I WILL NOT be supporting anymore. My father and I got my mom gift certificates last year for Christmas. These certificates did NOT have expiration dates on them and yet the owner is refusing to honor them. So much for Christmas spirit and appreciating your customers, right? I understand it has been a year and the certificates would have been used sooner but they were misplaced until recently- an honest mistake. I recommend visiting Wellspring instead. Do not give this graceless woman your business. ** in response to the owner’s response to my review: the gift cards do NOT have an expiration date anywhere on them and we were not told this at the time of purchasing."

"A year and a half later I still have a botched looking lip after getting filler. My lower lip still today looks like I have lumpy lips. I’ve been pretty self conscious about it. Obviously, who wouldn’t be. Anyways, I guess this could happen to anyone but be careful here. *this was my first and only experience getting lip filler."

"I love Renew Medispa. Rachel is very knowledgeable and always listens to what I am telling her about the look I want to achieve. All of the ladies there are very kind and accommodating. I know that when I leave there I am always going to leave feeling like I got exactly what I was wanting, and you can tell she really cares about that! She is easy to talk to and we always have great conversation. She just makes you feel very comfortable. I came to her years ago unhappy about a service I had gotten in another town at another spa. She told me to come in right away so she could see what she could do. She did more than that. She fixed the issue and made me feel like she empathized with me. She's a great person and I am glad I found this place!"
