"Sharon is very rude. I called about a online order and Sharon said I had to drive all to the Thomasville store to cancel. While was trying to explain to her that was already that I could just call and cancel the order she was being rude and short talking me. I have had several issues with the customer service of this store and will not order anything else from here"

"I was in the store in Thomasville, Ga looking for a specific item to exchange that was a clearance item, the website said they had four but I couldn't find any clearance for men. I spoke to a young man; Cooper, and he told me most of the men's clearance had been moved to the back to make room for newer items as its Christmas time. I was disappointed as this was to be a gift, and Cooper went to the back and found the item I was looking for! He is a great associate and it was a pleasure to find someone so willing to help when so many people today could care less about the customers! Thank You Cooper!!"

"We like shopping here for the selection of clothes, but store always has trash and clothes on the floor. And finding an associate for help in very hard. The is one exception and her name is Linda. She is always efficient, helpful and friendly. When she is not working it is frustrating to shop. Thanks Linda you are head and shoulders above the rest."

"I bought a pair of jeans which was a time consuming nightmare. The next day one of the belt loops came loose. I took them back today and there was only 2 registers and a ton of upset customers. It would have taken hours so I just left. You can't blame the employees because they are poorly understaffed. Honestly, I can't see how this store makes it without more help. Horrible experience and I still have to return my jeans. What a way to spend a week. Gross!"

"This store is ridiculous! For a store that size there were only 3 registers open during the 12:00 hour, an hour that a lot of people are in a rush and really short on time as I was. Also, the store was in a mess, shelves were messy, etc. It looked like a swarm of locusts had flown through there! Management obviously don't walk around the building inside to see what a customer sees on a regular basis, A MESS. In my opinion this is a clear indication of poor customer service, any effort at all to make the store attractive to go into and spend my HARD EARNED money. I can assure management that will be the LAST time I EVER go in there! I wish I could give it "
