"I would not recommend this place based on the poor customer service. Upon entering the facility I was asked what insurance company did I have before even being greeted with a hello. I was then told I would need to pay $50 to make an appointment to get an estimate/quote. I could already tell the experience would be full of shenanigans."

"This body shop keep your vehicle way too long and you have to constantly call for a status update relating to vehicle completion/pick-up… Almost as if you are begging for you vehicle back. (April 17th- Aug 2023) 08/09/2023- I’m here now, just getting my truck back and I must say, they did a darn good job, looks better than before sort of speak. I am pleased with the results and it comes with a manufacturer’s warranty."

"These people do good work. My car was still pretty much brand new when a tree branch fell on it and dented it and scratched it. After Sports and Imports was done with their work, you'd never know. The paint match is excellent, and without looking at an old photo, I can't pinpoint where the dent was, either. However, I do think they could have done a better job communicating with me. The car was delayed several times, and rather than letting me know, I had to call and ask about it myself on the days it was supposed to be ready. That's not to mention that one month is quite a long time for a simple dent and minor scratches on one body panel. On top of that, insurance didn't cover everything. That said, if I had time to spare and really wanted to make the car nice again, I'd still consider working with them again."
