"Sitting in the parking lot leaving this review. Thursday, 530p. I needed red color to do my friend's hair. Every single woman on shift was pleasant and helpful in a significant way. One lady had red hair so that gave me an idea of the shade and helped me decide on semi perm or permanent, another explained the volume developers and calmed me down cause im looking at the color of the box vs the swatch, and the last lady so pleasantly checked me out and got me my pro discount. I will only ever come to this Sally's."
"Very poor ghetto customer service from senior staff; this older black pady with a synthetic bad blonde wig. I waited and waited while a cashier was giving a customer a consultation at the counter for 10 mins or more about products? Entirely rude, catty, and unprofessiona. I felt like they both were ignoring me on purpose because Im a younger woman and I patiently/quietly waited? So very rude and I dont recommend. Managament is clearly hiring old family and friends or just extremely cheap labor smh the old lady attempted to give me attitude bc I didnt want to chit chat after waiting in line after all that? LMAO So unprofessional, ghetto, and rude"
