"I am giving 2 stars because this beauty supply does have a vast variety of products, and the initial employees there were very kind. However, there were two ladies whom clearly worked for the company who were within the “wig section” of the store. I politely asked if they could please help me with getting an item. Instead of being kind and exhibiting decent customer service one of the ladies shook her head and snickered with the other lady as they were playing in different wigs saying “nothing just a weird customer.” What a rude and disgusting way to treat someone who comes to your establishment. Whether if there is a language barrier or not this is such an inexcusable way to treat your consumers. I have managed many stores, and clearly customer service training needs to be sought out at this location. It is safe to say that I will not be returning."

"Edit: 10/2/2023 As one of their first few customers, I appreciated the wide range of products and clean store. What I don't appreciate is being followed around the store like I am a thief. I went down the most random isles because I felt like I was being followed and I was. Never asked if I needed help and never looked me in my face. I'll just venture to other beauty supply stores that have popped up over the years that treat their customers with respect. Just opened this month, having a Grand Opening special! Large beauty supply store with variety of selection finally welcomed to this side of town. Beauty supply stores this size are usually way outside 285, luckily this is right off of 285. Comparable prices to other beauty supply stores. Go visit!"

"Ok, just what this shopping center needed, a beauty supply store! This store seems to be Asian owned, and I must say they made me feel very welcomed as an woman of color. As I walked the isles filled with good products, I kept hearing the employees having friendly, and fun conversations with customers while helping them find what they need. It wasn't long before one of the employees, who is a woman of color, helped me find what I needed too. She was very friendly and I felt no hater vibes as I have felt in other beauty salons. Chardai was eager to help. I ended up buying a variety of things that I love. Especially, a lip color that I have been looking for forever. They even have clothes that I thought were priced just right. In fact, the prices were great throughout the store. I'm so excited to have this store move into my neighborhood area. Now, I can workout, get groceries, and buy beauty supplies all in one run. Loved it.!"

"Brand new beauty supply store that has just opened. There is quite a bit to look at, from clothing, to jewelry, wigs, hair pieces, hair color, makeup, as much as you can associate with a beauty supply store. The majority of stock has been placed out, but you can tell that they were in the process of inventory. Friendly staff that leave you alone while you shop unless you need their help. We'll definitely have to come back."
