"If you live in Decatur stop going here and go to CJ Beauty Supply on Covington Hwy instead. Chapel Beauty is awful and they treat their clients like criminals instead of paying customers. "You know they have most if not all customers black yet they treat us like we are nothing. I went in there looking around because it's the first I am going inside ,Let me just say the have armed security. Yet this Chines lady walked me down with all the camera they have in there telling me my bag is too big .Suggesting I should leave my hand bag at the door my hand bag really .I just opened my bag told her I am not stealing anything and left worst place ever."
"Shop at another store!!!! The Korean women in the back area are rude and disrespectful. I had to remind them that I’m the PAYING CUSTOMER and they’re the staff. They act as if black people annoy them(but their money doesn’t). You can’t shop in peace without them harassing you(like they don’t have 80 cameras watching you already) I told the manager that I would be doing a review and that the staff need customer service training."
"Don’t patronize these people! They’re rude and disgusting! My daughter and I went in close to closing probably about 20 mins before and as we were looking at products they began cutting off the lights! There was at least another 10 mins to closing and we were looking for something specific so it’s not like we were just wandering about the store for leisure. We know darn well they wouldn’t have done that to white people! STOP SPENDING YOUR MONEY IN THESE STORES!!!!"
"Update 2022 This wig store has a great selections, but does not allow you to try on wigs anymore or give military discounts. Fortunately, I have found others beauty supply stores that give military discounts and let you try on wigs. I will not shop here anymore. 2020 When entered the store I in was in awe. This is such an organized store.There are 3 separate check out. This location have everything an an inclusive beauty store would have to include:make up,hair supplies, wigs,jewelry purse, trendy Jean's, fashionable tshirts to name a few."
