"I gave 2 stars because the people were friendly. However I purchased a Olive Oil relaxer that was expired. This situation could have went horribly wrong had I not bought the exact same item from a different store. I needed a second one because I have been natural for 3 years and I totally forgot the same box only had so much in it. I opened both packages to combine them but to my surprise one was yellow and the other was white. I checked the expiration date and to my surprise it had a date of 2016 manufactured and buy by date of 2019. If I had not needed more I would’ve used this product and there is no telling what might have happened to my head. Thankfully it didn’t get that far. I am writing this review because no one answers when I call and I’m not wasting gas for $7 so I will just dispute the charge. Anyhow please be aware of old products and hopefully they will remove expired items from there no shelves."

"Just left this black owned beauty supply store! Upon entry my mother and I were greeted and introduced to Mrs.P..she pointed us in the direction of wigs and was very helpful in helping my mother make her choices. We purchased two units and a couple earrings. The prices are very reasonable and when I am in town I will definitely make sure to visit for my hair care needs! Kudos to this fine establishment!"
