"I arrived in the morning and asked for some gangstas(Pop Smoke Braids) with stitching. She said she couldn’t do stitching. I understood and told her just do some regular gangstas. She talked me into some plats. Once a new client came in asking to have her faux locs taken out the stylist asked if I was paying cash or card. I said card. She told me she couldn’t take card payments until the other stylist arrived. She ultimately tried to talk me out the chair in hopes she could start the other ladies head and have me come back and wait despite me arriving first. After listening to her drag the owner for not being on time and for sending substitute stylist instead of taking her appointments another stylist arrived and tended to the other ladies hair. Not only were the parts not what I wanted she charged 80.00."

"*2nd visit* The braiders were nice and polite. And overall the work was neat but for over $200+ I should not have been there 10hrs and my braids in the back were so big that one in the back was the size of 4 in the front. I was disappointed in this visit. After my first visit went so well."

"I am very disappointed with this place. I have been coming here for 20+ years and the experience has been ok up until 7/2023. I called the day before and asked the person that usually braids my hair for her availability. When I got there the next day on time she asked me what style I was getting. Then proceeded to tell me she didn’t have any one to do that style and would I just get individual braids. I agreed but under one condition that my hair is neat and just the way I like it. After 7+ hours of this older lady doing my hair I didn’t notice how heavy my head was. This lady did medium size and very long. My head hurts and I have way too many braids. I would not recommend because all they see is dollar signs."

"The braiders were super friendly. My regular braider had an emergency. So I decided to try another spot. My hair wasn't like how I wanted it. No part was placed like I asked. The front was super thin, like if I ran out of hair. After being there so long, I just wanted to leave and accepted the work. The way how I got my hair done, its hard to see the final outcome until it's all done. A week later, half of the hair fell out. Overall, I'm still grateful that she saw me last minute and accommodated me. I will return but I won't get the same hair style. By the way, I got tree braids."
