"The office staff are very pleasant. I personally like to visit the Ooltewah location because of their pleasant demeanor. I really like the assistants. They are very considerate and attentive to my and my daughter's needs and comfort throughout our orthodontic care. They are eager to ensure any discomfort is resolved before we leave. They are also eager to educate us on dental hygiene and care in between visits. The dentist is extremely attentive to our dental care and immediately addresses any questions or concerns I have.
