"I just want to say I appreciate every single person that I came into contact with at this office, from my first call in on. I called in pain, unsure of how much longer I could take it. The lady that I spoke to was super empathetic and truly wonderful. She got me an appointment for the very next day, and answered all of my questions. She had even called me back to answer a question that would take some research. Upon entering the office, I was greeted with beautiful smiles from the front desk, again, I was treated with empathy, and care as I checked in. I waited for only a few minutes before I was taken back. The dental assistant & dentist both treated me well. The best part was, they didn't embarrass me further about my teeth, and that made all the difference. Without going into my whole life story, I want you to understand that my teeth are something I'm very self-conscious about as I have several issues with them due to neglect from my parents, and then from myself after my son passed away of sids. You would be surprised how depression can make something as simple as taking care of yourself an impossible task. Its been a long journey, and I am always tearing up thinking about how bad they have gotten. But, instead of focusing on how bad they are, the dentist was more concerned about how good they can be, and that meant alot more than he could ever know. I realize, I have now written a whole book, but you just have to understand that I took the time out of my day to do this review because this place truly made me feel at home, even while I was in excruciating pain. Thank you Dr Brooks for your amazing staff & yourself! I appreciate you all so much."

"Dr Brooks is an amazing dentist. However, please beware that if you go there YOU need to fully confirm service coverage with your insurance prior to allowing them to do any work. They have stated they are not insurance experts and that they do not fully verify your coverage. They give estimates but they can't be trusted. And it will cost you hundreds of dollars if you do not confirm. The work is great... office insurance knowledge and expertise? Worst experience we've ever had with any dentist office."

"What an amazing staff and doctor!! I’m new to the area and chipped a tooth and needed to find a new dentist. My friend Lisa referred me to White Oak Dental. Julie answered the phone and was so sweet and could fit me in before Christmas to get this fixed. Jessica was wonderful and Dr Brooks Pruehs is so kind and took great care of me.
