From the time of my appointment, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. This was my first time here and I would definitely recommend this location."
"I came here to get my tires rotated and balanced and I had a great experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was helped right away. I made it to my appointment about 10 minutes early. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. They were able to get my car done in about 30 minutes. The gentleman who checked out my car was also very nice and had a smile on his face. Definitely coming back again!"
"I would say that this is rated this because the employees are very friendly and very nice. The downfall of this is the time, I have been here two times in the past six months and every time I have waited 4+ hours to get my tires rotated when it should take only an hour."
"If you're in need of a new set of tires, Discount Tire is a great place to go. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they offer a tire protection plan in case you run into any problems down the road. I had a slow leak in one of my tires after running over a metal bar, but luckily I was covered by the tire protection plan. They were able to get me in and out within a couple of hours, which was great. The only downsides are that they tend to overinflate the tires above the suggested PSI, and I was missing my valve cap when I left. Overall, though, it's a great place for new tires."
