"I was unable to use this place due to their lack of customer service. A time frame of 30-60 minutes was given to change a flat tire and after waiting for an hour we called back to get an ETA. The person that answered stated that they now didn't know how long it would be and then said "well if that's going to be a problem" like someone has all day to wait!!! Yes, it is a problem when you're stranded...really. UPDATE TO RESPONSE: My review is based off of my conversation with your mechanic. Secondly, no one screamed or demanded anything. I'm a manger and have been in the customer service industry for well over 25 years, so I definitely don't expect one customers needs to placed over another, but I do expect a level of professionalism that your mechanic didn't provide or maybe doesn't have. He had a very nonchalant attitude and his statement was rude, plain and simple. On the other hand we found a random mobile service that was able to give us an ETA, arrive within that time frame and provide the service needed with exceptional customer care. I would have posted a five star review for them if I could."
"Great customer service. Was responsive and wanted to make sure all was taken care of before leaving. After replacing the part checked all my fluids to make sure I topped off and not low. Good pricing as well. Was quoted higher at other locations and Johnny was able to come to me. Will use again!"
