"Great experience! Ashanti and Emily are excellent employees with great customer service! I came in there yesterday on my bday like 20mins before they closed and still had a great shopping experience! I have locs and I wanted to dye them and they helped me with my many questions lol and found me the exact colors I needed and they were buy 1 get 1 free and also with their coupon code I saved over $40 combined!! Thank yall again I'll be back!!"

"Do not purchase any clippers or trimers from them as of now .i purchased the outliner 2 trimmers yesterday around 2pm , attempted to use them this morning and they burnt out after being plugged in and turned on for 5 seconds. Now im stuck having to deal with the manufacturer which is very hard to get in touch with them and sallys will not swap them out or nothing do to covid 19. A pure freaking head ache. How can you not return something do to covid 19 but you can sell stuff and its covid 19 i dont get it ."
"I went up there to buy hair dye, when I went to check out they were trying to Force me to update my Sallys card, and I don't like being forced to do anything, for me it's a waste of money to update my Sallys card if I don't go there all the time, I only go once a year. Needless to say I will never go back to this one where the workers are rude"
