"Jonitka Hearne (assistant manager) pierced my ear last week. It was a tricky placement because I'd had a lobe repair 6 months ago and it had to match my other ear that was already pierced. Jonitka did an excellent job and I am so happy with the result. She was professional, so friendly from the moment I arrived, and very precise with the earring placement. I highly recommend her!"
"Walk in asking for a product we are looking for thinking the store will have because the website said it was available . My husband approached to where 2 employees was, asking for the product and a worker said well maybe we have it in the back as soon as she walk away assuming the others person will look for it she just answered “buy it online bruh” what????. Just ridiculous how people work I. Customer service when they don’t have any skills at all."
"Where do I even start. First we show up to find out the malls air conditioning is out in extreme heat (93 degrees). I scheduled online ensuring that the process to have my daughters ears pierced went well after getting the all clear from her doctor. We arrived early to fill out any necessary paperwork to find only 1 employee in the entire store on a busy Saturday afternoon. The employee states we would have to wait till the scheduled time, since she was by herself. Again no ac, but we walk around till it’s time. When we come back she now states she could not do it-saying my daughter had to be exactly 3 months or older. Well no where on the website does it state so, and I asked to be shown the policy in writing. When none could be provided she called a manager who stated the same. However the manager was corrected of her own companies policy by the website, as I found said policy and read where it states she only needed her vaccines. Needless to say I no longer felt comfortable having them pierced at this location after being lied to. I promptly relocated to another location which was properly staffed and had my daughters ears pierced after showing the required vaccine documentation."
