"While dealbadger is usually excellent this location has become a nightmare to use. Employees were rude, failed to notify customers of changes in pickup policies and then took issue with requests for assistance in picking up items. Employees pulled incorrect items and were rude when handling pickup request for right items and nearly clipped me with a large pallet of items. Overall this location is chaotic, uncoordinated and incredibly slow following pickup policy changes that exist only at this location. I will not be picking up from here in the future."
"I was really liking the bargains by using this site. However, today I was very disappointed. I bid on and won a 3 piece luggage set. I carefully reviewed the photos and noticed some scuff marks, which weren't a problem for me. Once I arrived to pickup I noticed the largest piece was missing a handle and was cracked on a bottom corner. I was told that I'd only be reimbursed for my winning bid amount and the taxes, NOT the 17% buyer's premium they charge. The photos were so dark and no photo was taken of the missing handle. Had either of those been photographed, I would not have bid. So now you get my money for nothing??? Buyers beware! Another unfair policy that benefits the business. Makes me think they intentionally didn't photograph the defects. Got to watch out for companies like this! They got my money and will probably sell this same item to some other unsuspecting buyer. SMH!!"
