"Today was senior's day so a discount on your purchases. I found socks wooden hangers for my coats and heavy jackets, wooden clothes pins (so handy for so many things), & a basket...many baskets for all sorts of uses, found a great thermal shirt and a chair that needs a bit of love and attention. You never k ow what you may find..."

"Brought about 130 nice good condition books over. Was told the can't take books at this facility?? Tried to call to see if this was storewide or just this location? Recording told me this store not available via phone?? Seems like poor customer service. Now I have to unload all the books back into the house."

"I'm currently at this Goodwill. I spent over an hour, about 1.5 hours, sorting through their disorganized and mislabeled racks of pants and shirts. As I went to the fitting room I see a sign that fitting rooms are closed. I was in one yesterday where they were open. No problem. I'll purchase my 16 clothing items, take them home, try them on and return them. At the register I'm told all of the conditions of returning items. There's a list....tag must be on, not washed or damaged, within 7 days and must have receipt. Cool. And then the kicker, all items only returnable for store credit. So I ask to speak to a manager. Finally Yolanda responded to the call for her after about 15 mins. I explained to her that if I could try on the items, there would be no need for me to return them, but to potentially be saddled with a $100 store credit is unfair to the customer if they can't verify fit before leaving. Some of the items just said "large" on the Goodwill tag but had no inner tag in them. This is there policy even if returned the same hour. Yolanda proceeded to tell me that there was nothing she could do that I would need to go 2 doors down and speak to a Mr. Grover (Cochran) that he could help me. So I went. Get there only be told that he is not in the office and that I could call him and speak to him as he works remotely. So I called, straight to VM. Left a message, texted the number as well. No return call as of yet. This may have been acceptable customer service when your prices were $1.50-3.00 for a pair of pants or a shirt. But when I have 16 items all priced from $5-$8 each,(yes for donated items that much) this is a huge red flag. I'm disappointed in Goodwill, this policy, the customer service I received and the fact that I wasted so much time. Having recently lost about 30 pounds, I needed new clothing for work, and after all of that time and effort searching through the mess here, I had to leave practically empty handed with no help received. This is a shame. They really need to do better."

"Located on Lawrenceville Hwy. huge with a variety of items. As you can see, always well organized. On this day we were looking for furniture to reupholster. Yes, we were successful...and in immaculate condition!! And there was 3 beautiful sets of china on this day. Re-purpose, any day!"
