"Don’t send your child here! Ms Linda the director yells at the children. She is so mean and unprofessional. The kids watch cartoons all day and they are always unattended while she is in the front office or making food. She is evil and nasty and the owner Ms Naomi should be ashamed of herself for letting someone like her still work in her childcare center. I promise you if you care about your children DONT SEND THEM HERE!"

"We love SBA II. We have been sending our daughter here since she was 8 weeks old, and she's now 2.5. She loves her teachers, is happy to see everyone when we drop her off and likes to tell us about her friends when she comes home. She's also learned Spanish, and frequently asks for various things around the house in Spanish. I would definitely recommend this daycare to families looking for a warm, affordable environment where you and your child are treated like family."

"My toddler has been going here since I got off maternity leave. I look at several places around and Smyrna Bilingual Academy feels like home. We are in the position to send our child to a more expensive place with all the high tech learning tools but we chose to go with a warmer environment. They wouldn’t schedule a walk thru because you are welcome to stop by anytime. They are very transparent about everything. My child loves it here and has learned so much. Even during the pandemic they have been keeping the kids safe by constantly cleaning. Even my toddler wants to clean all the time. Anyone who has anything negative to say is simply mad that they are no longer welcome. This is a daycare that works to keep our children happy and safe. If you or your child are constantly causing problems I support the daycare denying you services. Even if we move I want to work hard to keep my child in this daycare."

"My children went to this daycare for only a month and I pulled them out. This daycare is very unprofessional and unsafe for children. My son attended here for virtual learning and he would be left in the class by himself raising a concern for his elementary teachers and myself. They would send me emails stating that he was absent or he wasn’t doing work which I didn’t understand because there were only 4 children in virtual and at one point he was the only school age student. Also I would come in around 3pm and the infants and school age kids will be in one room together which is not allowed in childcare centers. They would just be sitting on the floor watching tv without any instruction or activity. It has been several times when I walked in and they would leave the infants in the room alone to come out and talk to parents which is very unsafe. My kids would come home and say the director yelled at them And grabbed them and when you asked the director Ms Linda about the allegations she would take it as a direct attack and start yelling and loud talking me to stray away from the concern. One day I actually saw the director slap a child in the head because they had to use the bathroom which was a final warning for me. I pulled my children out and spoke with both of the owners and nothing was done about the director. I immediately filed a police report and contacted the state about this matter and I hope the children who attend here I safe. As long as Ms Linda is the director here I would not send my children here!!!!!!!!! This place just take money they do not teach children and most of the children are small so they can’t express themselves like a 7 year old can. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"My son has been going here for about a month and I couldn't be more happy. He was at his previous daycare for almost a year but the price was just way to much. I moved him here nervous not sure how he would react. He cried the first day and hasn't cried since. He goes to the potty there whereas at his old school he would never go, but he's fully potty trained. The staff is amazing and it feels so homey. They really work with your child and are very patient with them. I would definitely recommend them :)"
