"Went in today to do a return. Maybe they are not use to seeing black people but Angela was overly aggressive and wasn’t helpful at all. I think her credentials need to be relooked at. I don’t like feeling uncomfortable. You never know how employees really feel about certain races, but it shows when they have an encounter with them. Very poor customer service."
"In the past I frequented Michael's for mostly framing art and picture frames. As an art lover I would buy art, select the moldings and frames and have them frame it. I also enrolled my son in an art class when he was 7. The bird pictured below was his first ever piece done in the art class. The 2nd photo was done 3-4 years later. The classes really paid off. These days, I go to get art projects for the grandkids. Today I got a poster board, multi-colored thick paper sheets, a variety pack of paint and some decorative window stencils. The place has a great variety of projects, decor, raw materials for home improvement, home decorating and fo-it-yourself projects."
"I went in today with a very specific purpose... Custom Matting & Framing. I was assisted by a helpful, polite, friendly & KNOWLEDGEABLE young associate named Michael. Ironic, right? Anyway... Michael took his time suggesting matte colors for my project. He showed me several options & created EXACTLY what my frame would look like on the computer. Very helpful, great customer service. Thank you, Michael. I promised myself I wasn't going to shop! I didn't need ANYTHING! Well, only $58.00 later, I bought a beautiful wall frame (half price!) a bunch of "back to home school" goodies to send my God children & a really cute craft project for ALL 4 OF THEM, all 70% off! Definitely worth the 2+ hours I spent, looking through the great clearance areas! OH, wait! I forgot the outside pillows, 70% OFF, for my outside chairs. Highly recommend this CLEAN, RESPONSIBLE store for a great shopping experience."
