Campus Smoke Shop

"I went into this shop Friday Dec 8th around 7:30 there was this younger women in the store who was supposed to be there giving customer service, she was very rude, nasty and racist, I had to greet and speak to her first and almost beg her to help me, she was acting as if she didn't want to help me find the item I needed and was rolling her eyes and talking to me very rudely with an attitude, but another race of people walked in and she immediately spoke to them and was trying to help them with no problem, there was clearly discrimination against me because of my race, I came in respectful and kind so she had no excuse to treat me the way she did, and she lied and claimed she didn't know English and refused to give me the number or the managers name to the establishment, She will cause this business many issues with her attitude."

"I’ve been here once before to get some wraps and it was fine but I went in today to get an ash tray after I did my brows next door and was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The man STARED at me while browsed (most of the ash trays are obnoxious and tacky tbh) and blatantly ignored other customers in favor of watching me. I couldn’t even enjoy my shopping bc I felt the hole in my back that he was staring into. The only reason I could think of was bc I was so bundled up (it’s 39°) he may have thought I was going to steal?? Maybe it was the blue hair I had (which probably costs more than anything in that store iykyk)? I brought what I needed and left. I almost didn’t want to buy anything but I was already there and had more errands to run. I wouldn’t recommend this place in the future unless you wanna put on a show and feel judged."

"Worse smoke shop in town. Over priced and awful customer service. I bought a bowl and found out it was defective, the hole was too small so I went back to exchange it. When I got there we compared the two exact same bowls and the employee agreed with me that it indeed it was defective. I let him know that I didn't want my money back and that I just wanted a new one and he said that he couldn't exchange it. I asked him how could he sell me a defective product but not exchange it? He said at the time he didn't notice and there was nothing he could do about it. He then offered to give me 5$ off if I wanted to buy a new one. I laughed in his face and walked out. I will never buy from here again and I don't advise anyone else too either."
