I've bought over $35k stuff from here and the rep who made my account i think his name is Abriz is super arrogant and gives weird looks and acts like he is giving stuff for free. super rude and you feel uncomfortable. "Try other Wholesale. First, the reason why they leave warnings that your vehicle may be robbed outside is because it is a known issue that has been happening and they do nothing about it. Speaking with other people who have used cali they will at least send you a video of the car being robbed, but suspiciously cut off the video before the robbers drive off(meaning they robbed multiple people in a single run and don't want the video sent). If you plan on doing cash, consider yourself a target. Second, Their daughter company Xhale City receives far more discounts from their parent company(obviously). competitors are subsidizing their stores. Third, They sell over wholesale. Once again, prices you pay are over wholesale help subsidize any cost over Xhale City. Fourth, They are not helpful in the least when opening your store. They will literally lie to you about their partnerships, what they will do for you, discounts they will promise you(that still don't reach general wholesale pricing), and make promises about how they can help give you information about products but just hand you a cart and say just get anything after having discussions with them. There are several other wholesalers you can reach out to. Unique Wholesale, SBK International, Star Importers, and even Gandhi Wholesale(or Trident Wholesale). I made the mistake of making an initial order with them. Unless I absolutely have to, I won't ever make another order with them. They have wasted DAYS of my time and not only offered little to no help, but after they said they could help. You can go to whole sellers that may not offer help, but at least they aren't wasting your valuable time. We try to be competitive in our markets. But Cali isn't going to allow you to be competitive against them. Do yourself a favor, be competitive against them. Anyone who says they have good prices has never been to another wholesale."

"I can find little to recommend regarding this business. People who are tempted to purchase products from them should be aware that you may not get what you wanted and not get your money back. Staff is very dishonest and evasive. They like to cheat and play games with their customers. We placed an order and did not get what we wanted. We returned the products for a refund, but we spent more than 5 months trying to our money back, ultimately to no avail. This is clearly one of those businesses that actually should not be in business. I give them 1 star only because I can't give them 0 stars."
