"Mr.Chip You are awesome and Excellent Customer Service skills . I went to this store because my tire was low. It was last week when it was about 15 degrees. Chip said no you don’t need to be doing that. He pumped up all my tires. I was shocked. That’s customer service.Hard to find helpful people these days."

"I didn't use any service, but I went to use the bathroom right before they closed the lobby and got locked in. Had to leave the door unlocked to get out or stay stuck in the store until open. I was more confused about how the employees didn't check to make sure there was someone in the bathroom before leaving."

"Always multiple homeless people hanging out at the outdoor tables smoking and harassing people entering and leaving this RaceTrac location. They live in the woods immediately behind the building and hangout there all day. Hiram Police and RaceTrac employees DO NOTHING about them. BEWARE this location if you value your safety."

"Sometimes the small things in life make a big difference. Occasionally I stop here just to get coffee and receive it without charge. Paying for coffee will not break me but as a gift shows appreciation for the patronage."

"One complaint: The last three times I got a chicken sandwich there it was undercooked and oddly ropey in texture. I used to get them and they almost rivaled Chik Filet but I won't be getting another. I kept hoping that the quality would go back up but three bad ones are enough for me. Other than that it's a clean, well stocked store with great coffee and a wide variety of snacks. Also, I wish Racetrac would bring back the country fried steak sandwiches! Those were awesome and we miss them."
