"I just went in here to look at a gift for my mom and dad’s anniversary. I didn’t get a hello from the lady up front. She didn’t ask if I needed any help with anything. It was completely silent my whole experience. When I checked out I wasn’t asked about my experience, when I was processing my payment she got on her phone. Also wouldn’t look me in my eyes the whole checkout time. I was looking at the key rings right in front of her and she turned away on her laptop and covered her face. If I could give zero stars I would…won’t be getting my service again."
