We're immediately greeted with two men telling us they're closed. The door isn't locked, the open sign is lit, and it's not even 9:00pm on a holiday. Be consistent and shut everything down if you don't want business."

"I call up to the store and ask if they’re going to be open. The man on the phone tells me they’re going to be open till 10:30 or 12 I get there at 10:04. He says they’re close. I call him on the phone he said yeah sorry I already close my register. There was 3 people outside waiting to go inside. I understand if you close at 10 but if I call on the phone you tell me you’re going to be open till 10:30 or 12 and I drive up there and I’m outside the door and you tell me I can’t come in that’s not OK!"
