"If I could give zero stars, I would. the employees will talk over you and not let you speak incredibly rude and unprofessional. They also don’t do 90 day refills even if the doctor sends it in; Just trying to make more money."

"So, I thought it was just an issue since covid that most everyone who works here is rude. After looking through the other reviews I discovered it's an ongoing issue with this pharmacy. I've only encountered this type of rudeness at one other place and I've never been back. With Publix, I've given them many chances over the last 2.5 years. They are always behind schedule and angry about it. Calling to check if something is ready is a joke. If they answer, they are mad about you calling and are rude to you. They never make eye contact from the pharmacy lest you ask them a question. It doesn't matter what kind off med you need and have been prescribed, it's an issue. The pharmacist personally will outright deny you your medicine. Had an organ removed or back surgery? Don't bring a prescription here, they don't believe in it. Need an anti depressant or an antibiotic? Don't bring a prescription here, they don't believe in it. They lie about available stock as well. And they can legally deny you getting your prescription filled based solely on their own beliefs. Reporting their behavior does nothing. As you can see, not one of the bad reviews have been responded to. They don't care, you are just a dollar in their wallet, not a person. Go to a local pharmacy where you will be treated with respect as a human and not a dollar."

"Cynthia is in desperate need of patient care training and customer service training. I called to let them know my prescription was coming over from my Dr. It was 7:43 pm. More than an hour before they close. I was told there was no way it would be done tonight that they still had prescriptions from 4:00pm they were filling. I advised ok. Can they please just fill my blood pressure medication, because I am going out of town and need that one. I can pick the rest up when I get back in town. She told me no. Then told me that pharmacists can refuse to fill whatever medications they wanted to just because she didn't want to do it tonight. When I laughed because I thought it was a joke. She told me to look it up. I said this is ridiculous and said I will call the Store Manager she said he is not the boss of me and I am the pharmacy manager. This is absolutely absurd. I switched to the Publix in Valdosta since I work there because previously this one told me it would be 3 or 4 hours before my prescription would be ready. The one in Valdosta had it ready in the time that it took me to drive from Tifton to Valdosta. I do not understand how such sub par performance is ok. If Cynthia is the manager she needs to be replaced with someone with time management, patient care, and customer service skills."

"Wait times are grosly inaccurate. Even after waiting they do not alert you when your script is ready. Staff are unprofessional. Staff outright lie to your face and walk away when you are asking for clarification. Zero stars."
