"Got a vape and two days later it no longer worked. The battery seemed bad. I didn’t even use it but a handful of times and kept it on my desk at work. I called to explain my situation and because it was more than 24hrs they didn’t refund me or do absolutely anything. I definitely won’t be buying any vapes here anymore. 0/10 and I was a biweekly customer. There is a new vape shop by Chick-fil-A up the street and it’ll be my go to from now on."
"I usually visit the Tennessee Street location but went to Old Water Oak Rd for specific products. The workers at both places are always super helpful and friendly. They take their time to make sure I find what I want and have everything I need. The stores are easy to navigate and the selection is very good. Kudos to the owner for finding a great staff. I like these stores best of all the vape shops I've visited in town."
