"I have always had a pleasant experience at this place.....until today. I have no issue being carded anywhere. I went with my mom today to get some drinks, and neither my mom, nor I had our ID's on us. No worries, mine was in the car. So I retrieve it. But this Masked Marauder cashier makes it a point of emphasis that my 82 yr old MOM needs to show her ID, even AFTER I presented mine. I subsequently told her to keep the purchase. Was she wrong for asking for ID? No. However, there has to be a point where discernment and good sense kicks in, which she clearly lacks. She has cost this establishment THIS customer, and anyone else I can send to the other beverage distributors in the area. From what I have seen and heard, she is developing a history, and not a favorable one. The disrespect to my mom is not negotiable for convenience. After bringing my complaint to the "manager", I then understood the behavior of his staff. He was just as brain dead in dealing with customers."
"Not a drinker but if I was this place definitely has it all! Horrible customer service from the cashier, but the store itself had many options. My friend was the one who wanted to stop by for some drank, however Eye did find a C B D drink that was amazing!!!"
"Great store and service but as for the "Hiring Manager" or as she was called..... I've never met a more RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL person in my life!! A simple question and she acted like I verbally assaulted her!! As good as this store is I can't believe a woman like this was ever hired!!!!! Just stick with asking the high school kids that the "Hiring Manager" seems to hire so she can boss them around, any question you may have. They are nice and will more than likely know the answer and help you without issue."
