"Unprofessional and super rude."
"I was not at Carver package I was at Big Jim Wing Shack just next door. When I called in my order they said they price would be $13.95 put when I got there to pick it up the price had gone up to $17.54 I ask why and they said due to Super Bowl Sunday. I explained that was against the law . That didn't change the price but they put in a soft drink . When I got home with me order I had hot sauce all over everything french fries, carrots and celery sticks bread. I was the only one in the restaurant who had on a mask until I started to leave another customer finally came in with a mask on I shall never got back to that restaurant ago. They told me the price would go back down on Monday ."
"Prices are great. Usually friendly staff. However, my husband was just there. While he was there looking around, he ran into someone he knew, so they were chatting. When he got to the counter, The total came out to be more than he expected. The cashier/owner explained that he got 100 proof, the 70 proof is the cheaper one. So my husband went and got that. When he returned to the counter, his card was snatched from his hand, and the guy then told him “that’s what happens when you talk too much you forget what you’re doing”. And persisted throughout the time my husband was there. Absolutely unacceptable. The loacation is very convenient for us but we will no longer spend money here, great prices or not."
