"The premium gas is not a true premium. We have put premium in our truck for a while, and after this fill-up, our engine light came on. I give the 2 stars because they are really friendly there. But we will never buy gas from them again."

"I’m a loyal QT customer, and have been for decades. However, a recent visit to the Douglasville Chapel Hill location left me extremely disappointed. The ladies room had been very neglected; the floors throughout the store were dirty; the outside was littered and the trash was overflowing. My visit was at 10 AM; one would think there would have been some remnants of cleanliness from overnight maintenance, but there wasn’t. I did inform an employee of the conditions in the ladies room, but I can’t say show seriously he took me."

"EVERYTHING was empty at this store. I have been craving the iced coke for the longest, coming back & it NEVER being stocked. Because of that, I decided to get a French Vanilla coffee & it tasted like nothing but coffee. I know it's not supposed to taste like that because I always get that kind. I'm never coming to this qt anymore."
