I've been buying jewelry for more than 20 years at this point and haven't run across someone so genuine, amazing, and (somehow) not pushy at all. "My fiancée and I are closely to wedding day and Jarel and Ms. Pam did an amazing job assisting us with our ring purchases. We met Jarel first and he demonstrated very welcoming and knowledgeable skills. He followed up with us consistently but didn't push the sale like other salesman in the business. The day of purchase we worked with the GM and she was so sweet, humble and treated us with kindness and knowledge of being in the business for 20+ years. A great team is in Stonecrest and this was our first time and purchase in the store. I would suggest to offer a better option than candy after spending the amount of money but we did enjoy the chocolate. 10/10 service!"
