"I visited this place for the 1st time Friday evening. I will NEVER go back again. Why? When I checked out, I asked about another product similar to other products there. The response after an IDGAF shrug; "I don't know. I don't order stuff." This is a direct insult to my intelligence. There was no, "I'm sorry about that. I'll ask the manager if we can get that in for you." No, nothing of the sort. I made my purchase, which I really didn't want to do at this point then I left. Before I pulled out of the parking lot, I went back in to another employee there and asked how I could get in touch with the owner and his response, "Not at the moment. What's the problem?" But it wasn't formed as a question. It had an air like, "What the f do you want?" There was no, "She's not available. Is there anything I can help you with?" The people I encountered there are rude punks with absolutely no customer service skills. They both need professional training. Again, I will never patronize Cheers again."

"The bourbon selection when I came was a little light. The store is very nice and very clean. There is a large selection of all types of liquors. Not being from around the area I was talking with the staff who were both very friendly. They answered some questions and also gave suggestions for other stores that may have had what I was looking for which I greatly appreciated. Defiantly would give my business again in the future."
