"Extremely unfriendly staff of 2 women working there. Would allow you to taste 2 oils only. Been to other olive oil companies with friendly staff and tasting cups provided for customers to sample to decide which to purchase. A completely unpleasant experience !!"
"I love the olive oil and balsamic vinegars . I have used them for years. But the lady working was so uppity and rude it made me not want to purchase. She even allowed someone she knew jump ahead while we were in line because she knew him. So we waited while she bottled his items then checked him out. So you may want to represent your brand with nice people."
"I gave this business 2 stars and that was generous. We walked in the store and the clerk was on the phone and totally ignored we customers. We didn’t get to try any products because the clerk was to busy talking to even say please wait a minute let me finish the call or ask whom ever it was to call her back. We waited, walked around examining each container of oil and vinegar and then decided to leave. It was another example of why businesses fail…they don’t have a concern for customer service."
