The process was nothing short of seamless, from the initial consultation visit to choose equipment with his recommendations, through the install and implementation with subsequent follow up there after. His professionalism is unmatched as he was and continues to be quick to respond to any of my pre and post production requests, and his choices for equipment were practical without going insanely overboard. What he and his team put together was nothing short of phenomenal. The picture quality, sound, ease of use, all are outstanding and exceeded all of my expectations. Movies and shows project and sound well beyond what I anticipated, and my video gaming experience is now without compare. Nothing feels more satisfying than "seeing" and hearing Top Gun jets fly through the room or playing Diablo 4 and Baldur's Gate 3 on the system he created. They ordered all equipment which made it so easy and came for first installation within two weeks, very timely. Eric and Jake installed TVs and soundbars in a single day. They made sure the flush mount TVs laid flat, something that required exceptional attention to detail, and were sure to clean even the slightest mess. In the end, there was nothing left behind and the drywall work that was required was minimal due to perfect planning.
