"Incompetence personified. Pay a fortune for tickets to go the the movie. Their system goes down and you have a bunch of employees standing around looking at their phones and customers cannot order the overpriced snacks. The theater as a whole is meh but definitely not clean. The floor of the lobby is covered in popcorn. I dunno maybe it’s too much to ask, just seems if their kiosks are down they should be doing more than ignoring people and joking with one another. Congrats AMC, my first ever 1 star review!!!"

"First movie in over 6 months. Line for snacks was long, only one worker! Items were cooked fast so did not taste right. No fresh popcorn! Manager not to be found. No ketchup in the tub. Just all around bad experience from a food perspective. The movie room was clean and movie sounded great."
"Have been here several times and although the IMAX here is not as big as the IMAX at Mall of Ga it is still good. The service here is always nice and fast. The seats and bathrooms are clean and parking here is easy. AMC is so great with the A-List subs I get to see three movies a week on my monthly sub. Love it.
