He was very approachable and courteous, even taking the time to walk me through some of his installment processes in person. Not to mention teaching me how to optimize my new graphics for 2 of my games. Vick shared general PC tips and very specific Part knowledge, even offering tips and advice on future purchases if I found the need for them. As far as I can tell, my stuff is working as efficiently as possible. Vick did quality work, was frequently available, was professional, and overall very personable.
