I had movado to repair nearly 500$ just to reattach the crystal. That was a few years ago in Chicago. Living here in Albany Ga. With the average summer heat is 108 degrees daily. My crystal came off I assumed due to height heat exposure. Kay jewelers recommend the on the spot JEWLERS repair . The gentleman charged me twenty dollars W❤️W I’m a customer for life now for all my repairs."
"I had a very bad experience with the guy that was in there on Tuesday he had a very nasty attitude he was throwing my jewelry around and he did not want me to watch him fix it because I believe he,s switching jewelry out so be very careful about leaving your jewelry at these places that repair. He dropped my bracelet in something that made it feel sticky. His attitude was very nasty, will never visit again or advice anyone to be careful June 14,2022"
