"They installed a new Lennox HVAC unit for us. The AC has not worked since installation due to faulty installation, crimped lines , leaks around the new AC, improper welding etc. They are non responsive and do not take any accountability. We are working with other authorized dealers to get this fixed while we suffer though 90-100 F without AC this summer. Lousy installation job and extremely unprofessional folks. This is QT Appliance Worst All Round. Don't waste your time or money with this business."
