"This is the worst Air Conditioning company i have ever dealt with. They have visited our house 3 different times through our home warranty. Each time they send the same two guys. The first two times they spend a total of 5 Minutes "fixing" our air conditioning. The third time they supposedly "cleaned" our coils. There are still a pile of leaves in the bottom of the Unit and the coils are caked up debris still. we politely asked that's those two guys never got sent back here and they continued to send them. I recommend staying far far away from All Season Heating & Cooling."

"GREAT, my warranty company sent them out to our home. They were professional and knowledgeable, tish in the office was great working with the warranty company to get my repair done quickly. The warranty company was slow at getting the part to them but once they had it the repair was quickly completed."

"My parent's ac unit has been out since mid June. They had to wait for over a week for technicians to even come out and diagnose the issue. The appointment time was 1pm. They came at 10pm. They were nice, professional. This happened on June 21st. I called yesterday to see where my parents were in receiving their ac unit. The woman who answered the phone first stated she received an email about their unit yesterday morning, put me on hold, only to come back and say nothing had arrived for them and they would receive a call when it was available. She couldn't have sounded any more nonchalant and cold. Makes me wonder if their ac unit went to another customer. My ac unit went out in my home the same week. It was fixed the following week. I don't use this company, thank God!"

"This company gets zero stars from me. The worst experience and most unprofessional company I’ve every dealt with. From the technicians not coming at the slotted time not once but twice. First time no call to inform me. The technicians are awesome but the dispatcher and people that work in the office are careless. I have been without and am still without air for over two weeks. Needless to say I have a 18 month old covered in heat bumps and a 7 year old. They have no sense of urgency at all. My house has been ranging from 85 to 98 degrees. First visit the circuit board blew had to get another one ordered. I get the call back and they can never get me scheduled again until Wednesday or Thursday of the next week. They come and put the circuit board on. Get the unit running and then the refrigerant is low. Instead of putting refrigerant in because it’s covered under home protection. The the dispatcher whom is the manager tells me that she needs another work order. So I ask why do you need a new work order when the service is still generalized under HVAC. Basically trying to get another trade fee because they billed the home protection company as if they completed all services which they didn’t. I ask to speak to the manager and she tells me he lives out of the country. And she’s been working for the company and he’s going to tell me the same thing. A lack of customer service. And for the owner if you let this dispatcher pretty much run this company your company is going to go completely down hill. Would not recommend you use this company."

"This is a great company you will not be disappointed. In my ten years of living in Georgia this is by far the most reliable and efficient company i have had service my units. They provided great customer service and they know what they are doing. If you need service, save your self the hassle and call them first. really."
