"We wanted to install a reverse osmose system and a waterstop device. The guy came looked where to install and said: this will be very expensive. You better get another quote. He went out - came back and said 1000.- dollars for both. WHAT??? We paid 350.- for both devices in our former house. I sent him home. Never again this company."

"I would NEVER use this company. They have been to my house two times and caused so many more issues. They came out due to two renovations and the general contractor (The Shirley Group, LLC) used Masterflo Plumbing as the plumbing sub-contractor both times. The first time the plumber cut through a floor joist and the general contractor had to repair it and the get an engineer to come out and provide a notarized letter. This is despite the house having open truss joists. See attached letter from the engineer. The second time we did a bonus room addition and added another full bathroom. The plumber who installed the shower drain did it incorrectly and it had been leaking from day one. We did not notice it right away because we do not use the shower very often (it's a bonus room) and we used spray foam insulation which absorbs the water. Masterflo came out and fixed the drain but refused to fix any of the additional water damage. I did try calling Mike several times and he never would call me back. I complained to the Better Business Bureau and and Masterflo was quick to respond and deny any liability. I would NEVER use this company."
