"Dishonest owner. Lazy staff. Bizarre experience. Just don't do it. Sigh.Owner’s response is a brand new story. Let me just say it again. Dishonest owner. I was lied to on the phone and then lied to about the phone call and then lied to when I called out the lies and just now I was publicly lied to about my review of his lying. Long story: Dropped off computer on Friday morning. Received a phone call from “Nick” at 4:22 on Saturday afternoon who couldn’t remember anything he was told to tell me except that Mitchell is afraid he might break something. When asked to get more information and call me back he told me “with all due respect ma’am, I’m just trying to get out of here.” Then he told me to call back on Monday if I wanted to know more. So yeah, I was unhappy with the service - or lack there of - and I’m sure it showed when I went to pick up my still-broken computer. In addition to that, when I tried to have any kind of reasonable conversation, the owner just spoke over me while I was trying to speak and raised his voice several times when I called him out for not telling the truth. (Because being able to talk louder than someone else immediately makes you right?) If getting mad in response to that kind of misogyny and dishonesty from a service provider is considered “ranting” then I guess I’m guilty. I have no doubt that the owner’s response to this post will just be another lie. Here’s the short version: Computer Rehab couldn’t or wouldn’t fix my computer and I was treated to an unfortunate encounter with a dishonest and somewhat unhinged and verbally abusive shop owner."
