"We had numerous things over a 24hr.period go wrong with our Travel Trailer. The park personnel had checked several things for us, all to no avail. Upon speaking to Jason he asked if he could walk me through some things to try while he had us on the phone and I said yes. Long story short it was fixed saving us who knows how much AND we had heat and power again!! We had one extra thing to do ourselves ( that he recommended)and later that day he even sent a message checking to make sure everything was OK. I Dont know about others, but this kind of help impressed us! We would highly recommend this company and Jason!!"

"After connecting with him initially and being told he had openings later in the week, he did not return any calls, texts or emails so was left hanging on repairs needed while briefly in town. Heard from someone else that they were told by Jason it would be three weeks wait. If you are too busy, just say that."

Jason said he could come out next day to look and repair the roof ..Jason tore off my old roof and replace with new wood and new membrane material and reseal whole roof with coating ..Jason is great and would recommend him to anyone .will let him know if roof leaks when rain ."

"Let's start with the day our slide out motor on our new motorhome gave out under warranty. I had called several places including Jason Payne but got no answer until I called Camping World in Chattanooga. We have a trip planned today for the 4th and planned to take our motorhome. I booked an appointment with camping world. Then, Jason Payne called me back. He told me that he had the motor in stock, that he could fix the motorhome, and then threw me a curveball when he told me that he planned to charge me $400 and then make an invoice charging Thor Motorcoach a lot more so I would get money back. He said that he would email me an invoice to send to them. I sent him my email address, and he never sent the invoice. I felt bad and went ahead and called Thor Motorcoach and told them the situation and that we had been quoted $400 for it to be fixed. I had to send them 4 emails, and I only said $400 because I have no need to rip off the maker of our motorhome. They said that this was on the high side of what it should cost, but they approved it. So, I called Jason Payne back and told him they approved the warranty repair for $400 and we were good to go. I then cancelled my appointment with Camping World (Mistake) for this Friday. So, days go by and he would not reply to messages or calls. Finally, I got one of his magic calls back and he said that he might be able to get it yesterday after 6pm. I messaged before 6 to see if we needed to have someone meet him at our home to let him in the gate at our neighborhood, etc. He replied "Hey man, can I do it tomorrow morning before lunch? ". That is today.. I told him absolutely! We left a note on our gate for our neighborhood, the keys in our motorhome, and have spent the entire morning messaging and calling. Now, I finally heard back, and the guy is saying "notice I said BEFORE lunchtime" in his text. The sad part was that it was already past lunchtime when he sent the text. He now of course says he can't fix it (Maybe because he can only charge or get what the job calls for which is at tops $400?) UPDATE: Now Jason Payne texted that regardless of bad reviews, he has all of the business he needs and answers to NO ONE. So what have we learned from our experience? First, Jason Payne is willing to lie to companies in order to gouge them and get more money from them. Second, Jason Payne is unreliable and does not show up when he says that he will. Third, as you can see in the text "JASON PAYNE ANSWERS TO NO ONE!". This is in his OWN WORDS. So, if you want someone working (Or never showing up to work on) your RV who ANSWERS TO NO ONE, then this is your guy. Lol, I can't even fathom the level of douchebag that could cause someone to say something so stupid. Fourth, I think he might have trouble with either reality or his recollection of reality. The reason for this could be many, but you can decide if you want to have this person "working" on your RV or not for yourself."
