"Not only was every employee I dealt with the friendliest but they fixed my vehicle faster than they thought and started it 2 weeks before they originally estimated being able to start. My car looks like it rolled off the showroom floor, it drives perfectly and all the electronic safety systems work properly as well. I hit a deer and as they started taking off the damaged parts they kept finding more damage. They were very honest and professional and were still able to get it done and on time. I can't imagine using anyone else. You would never know my car was damaged."

"I had a terrible experience from a local body shop. Several friends recommended Shankles and Gray. I went by and spoke with them. Chris seemed like a really nice guy and gave me a fair price. He did a fantastic job on matching paint and finished product. We later realized we had a broken door handle from the claim at the previous shop. Chris called me several times and got the handle replaced. Excellent customer service and excellent work. Highly recommend!!!"
