"Highly recommend if selling or buying a home in the Macclenny or surrounding areas!! I would give more stars if I could. When I had to transfer from Florida to Ohio I used Theresa and her team to sell my house. They have good recommendations on staging and preparing my house for the market, they were very honest in the listing price and took very nice professional pictures. When my house hit the market I had many offers that day and was able to accept an offer within hours of listing my home. When I had to leave the area before closing on the house she was able to set up the closing for me and I did not have to be present at the time of closing which saved me money on travel back to the area. The team at Front Porch communicated on all concerns prior to closing and during the selling process and truly take their clients to heart when listing their properties and I felt like part of the family when working with them. .
