"I’ve stayed here since you opened visiting my father. I’m not leaving a negative review but you should out to me. I believe in giving a chance before being robbed by a negative review."

"Really clean and spacious! The ladies were very nice at breakfast and the gym was very welcomed after a long day of travel. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel is only about 3 or 4 years old and we have been staying here when we are traveling to Myrtle Beach since it opened. This visit left a lot to be desired. I don't like the heavy comforter on the bed, so I always remove it, pulling the lightweight blanket from the closet shelf. When I started to put it on the bed, I saw a brown stain. It appeared to be feces. I notified the desk immediately. Now, you would think that after explaining why I was opening up that blanket, the staff member would have said,"Oh, I'll bring you another and take that one away." Oh no, her response was, " I will be sure to let housekeeping know." The bathroom towels were dingy gray and worn looking. It's definitely not a Hampton standard that we have come to know and love."

"My family and I have stayed here several times when we come to visit our family in Jacksonville from Atlanta. This particular time (Labor Day weekend) will definitely be the last. We stayed on the 4th floor and there was a very strong mildew odor in the hallway. It wasn’t as bad inside of the room until we turned on the AC. We called the front desk but they were all booked and couldn’t accommodate us or give a refund and we had to speak with the Manager the next day. We sneezed, coughed, had runny nose and itchy eyes all night. (My husband and 4 kids) We notified the front desk again around 7 am and the gentleman said they would have someone out to look at it today; something happened during the hurricane. I knew he was just telling me anything to push me along. I’m in the field of maintenance so I know mold and mildew cases and no one is coming out on a Sunday to “look” at anything!!!! They wouldn’t allow a refund but a transfer of rooms (6 hours later) We packed our bags and left the room around 8 am because we couldn’t bare the smell. We received a call and they informed us they had a room available and moved us to the 2nd floor and it wasn’t as strong as the 4th floor but it was still an odor. So we suffered again due to our allergies and asthma. It was an uncomfortable stay and we left immediately after breakfast!"

"Just wanted to add that you can turn off the lights in the bathrooms that come on automatically. There is a off button just under the sensor to turn off but you have to push it every time or wait for 20 minutes to go off on it's own. This is a great hotel and is very clean and friendly."
