"Poor management staff"
"It used to be very run down but as of now appears to have been renovated and looking more modern HOWEVER, drug dealing is the norm for folks who reside there by the way most are so flamboyant in conducting illegal exchanges in front of kids and others. It may look nice but my bottom dollar says there is no way you would want to leave your car locked or walk into the complex at night without a sense of security. Its scary the way this place has become the bottom of the barrel. Section 8 housing ill bet is how you may can determine how to rent there."

"Crowded loud small apartments kids running rampant in the streets ect ect terrible everytime you drive though you feel like you might hit a kid and it seems as though no one cares. The apartments them selves are quite nice 2 bed room 1 bath. They do have a playground for the kids however it seems to be alittle too close to a chain fence and wooded area for me to be comfortable having my kid out there at any time knowing some of the folks I grew up with there."
