"Stayed there for almost two years. While the neighborhood & resident itself was a nice place to live, the landlord was horrible. She didn't even have the courtesy to give me my keys in person when I initially signed my lease. Lease agreement clearly states that all contact is to be in the written form; however, she won't respond to a letter in a timely manner, nor will she answer any emails. If you text she will respond on her own time & treat you as if you're a hassle to her. Management drags their feet when it comes to repairs & maintenance, but will openly lie about calling & having an issue looked into. Once again, the neighborhood is quite nice, but management could use major restructuring. If you're looking for a place to stay be prepared for a nice area with horrendous management."
