"Courtney, Julia and the rest of the team were amazing. When buying my new house everything went pretty smooth. The sell of our old house had some complications with the buyer's lender. Courtney and the team stayed right there with us the entire time assisting and providing suggestions along the way. What advice would you give to a potential buyer or seller? Buyer, use a instate or local lender and save yourself some headache. Seller be prepared to make needed repairs without financing those repairs and understand that unforseen circumstances may arise (I had to learn that one) so prepare for the $$$ those issues may cost. For both choose a great agent (Courtney) someone you can trust! (I was a first time seller 2nd time buyer but things definitely changed) trust is key. Thanks again for everything."
