"These apartments look like a great place to call home"
"Nice place to stay. Close to shopping and restaurants. One thing to know you should not live under with people with kids. Especially on the ground level. The sheriff's departments come out and they can't do anything. The office people can't do anything also.So who can. Your best shot is to find a house to move in not here. The reason I gave 3 stars is because of the shopping and restaurants and the townhouse are so beautiful inside and out. These townhomes are way to nice to have problems with others resident's and there kids running and stumping in their homes. DISRESPECTFUL people. Giving you heads up to anyone that want to move to this apt. Please don't live in building 4. Especially 4101. This lady walks heavy, i mean heavy and he let's her child run threw the apt upstairs. This lady is doing this on purpose."
"I received great customer service when I contacted Tranquility at Griffin for possible leasing. The staff followed up after I left a message in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, I could not move into the property as my income exceeds the limit but overall I think they are very professional."
"We’ve been residents since June and we love it here! The community is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The amenities are a pool, laundry center, doggy park, and in-unit washer & dryers!!!! The office staff is informative and quick to respond, which is one of the reasons we chose this community!"
"Nice new looking apartments on the outside but I can’t get in touch with anyone in the office. I’ve been calling/emailing and the last time I went to the office they were “on lunch” with big “WERE OPEN” sign on the door. But someone walked up to pay rent, of course they came to the door and took it but couldn’t answer a simple question from me. I was also at the door. I under its a pandemic and since that’s the case, I would think I could get some form of an answer. But I guess not."
